Return & Refund Policy
At Tovellia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Requested for return within 30 days of delivery.
- In its original condition and, where applicable, with the original packaging.
- Unused or in a condition that allows us to reasonably determine that the product has not been damaged after delivery.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other product-specific restrictions. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at support@tovellia.com and include:
- Your order number
- The name of the product
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions when applicable.
Please do not send an item back to the return address without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos or other information to help us verify the issue.
After reviewing the situation, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item was defective or damaged.
